Learning the hard way taught me that regaining good posture within an injury, is vital for safer healing.
The first brace I purchased elsewhere, wasn’t fully stabilising the ankle. This left me limping to prevent full weight bearing and subsequent rolling of the ankle. Limping isn’t conducive to posture health.
